What we do - Our history
passingiton was born in September 2004 when two Brightonian's who probably should have been focusing more of their attentions on getting grown up jobs, pensions, wives or something, thought it would be much more fun to get dressed up as Batman and Robin, run around Dublin and raise money for Kenyan Children.
Originally the plan was just to run the Dublin marathon and raise the amount needed (approx £1,000) to buy 155 pairs of Wellington boots for all the children at this school.
Four years on and two visits to the school in Kenya, one to Ghana, one trip up some mountains with a rowing machine, two charity black tie dinners, two charity art auctions, two breeze block carrying competitions, one Batman V Robin rugby match, one rugby 7's tournament oh and five HEROES RUN's later...buying Wellies has evolved into building and supporting schools in Four African countries and one grand has become well over 180.
