What we do - Our strategy

Firstly we contact semi built or struggling schools in Africa, usually through a trusted mutual contact.

Secondly we get on a plane, visit the school and meet with the staff and the school governors.

Thirdly we create, agree on and sign a formal but very specific contract with the school. This contract serves two purposes:

  1. It protects us, the charity by detailing how and what the money will be spent on.
  2. It also protects the School because we formally agree to raise and send over a specific amount of money within a given space of time.

Finally, we get on with it.
